    Residential

A smelly, tired group of year 5 & 6’s returned from the residential on Wednesday. Despite this, they all had big smiles on their faces and reported a wonderful experience. Thank you to Miss Mills, Mr Froud and Mr Neill for taking them.

    Picking up children from school

We are aware that many parents collect children on behalf of other parents. We need to be informed if any collection arrangements are different as children will only be allowed to leave the school with adults where school staff have been informed. If we have any concerns we will keep hold of the child until confirmation has been given by a parent.

    Sports day

There were many disappointed faces on Thursday morning (and that was just the staff). Typical English weather kept us from going ahead HOWEVER we will not be deterred and have rescheduled for Wednesday the 19th July. Everyone keep fingers crossed for a dry day.

    Next Year & Reports

A separate letter will be sent out later to confirm which year group teachers will be teaching next year. We have a planned transition day of the 14th July. Children should be taken to and picked up from their current classroom. Children will also bring reports home on this day.

    Weather!

With the weather set to continue to be hot this week please can all children bring a hat to school to wear when outside. Sun cream applied and a water bottle each day.

    Pupils of the week

Holkham: Preston - for being such a kind member of the class and a great friend to all

Wells: Dominion tries hard at all his learning. When he has completed his task, he enjoys challenging himself. Dominion was able to show off his English skills by writing a list of all the contractions he knew. Amazing learning Dominion!

Blakeney: Lincoln has recently joined our class and has shown that he is eager to learn and try his best! He has been working really hard in all his lessons, especially with his English work.

    Well done Lincoln.

Cromer: Well done Mason! He has been working so hard recently to follow class rules and finish all the tasks he is given. He is definitely ready for year 4. Keep it up Mason.

    Mundesley: Valerie

Sea Palling: In Sea Palling, we are proud of ALL of year 5 because those that went on the trip displayed exemplary behavior and those that stayed were also extremely well behaved and worked really hard!
